I feel like they skipped some parts in the Aime, or is this normal? Cuz the part where the boy revealed to Tanjiro that without that key, you'd only get the basic mode of the Yoroiichi doll, but with the key, you can get the expert or savage mode of the doll.
& The part where Tanjiro's sword maker poured out his frustration on him and chased him around all day was omitted. Or are we not there yet?
But I have to say, after reading the manga, Kimetsu no yaiba is one of the most emotional, historic and nostalgic anime I've read and watched, if not the most. It gives you serious chills especially the way they connect and reveal history in bits. & The connection between Tanjiro's fore fathers, Tanjiro and Yoroiichi is just out of this world. I shed a tear after finishing the manga 😢

technically Tojiro is a blood relative of Yorichi while Tanjiro is just a decendant of someone who Yorichi saved. Tanjiro doesn't actually have any sun breathing blood. It's just that because his ancestors were so devoted to remembering Yorichi that it became ingrain in their family. Even his mark though similar to Yorichi, started out as a burn mark from saving his sibling and his family was always generations of charcoal makers before Tanjiro picked up a sword. So no Tojiro and Tanjiro could never had been siblings in another life. At most, Yorichi could be his reincarnated self.
